NeuroBlade - AI knife weapon for CY_BORG

NeuroBlade is a sentient knife that gives you 1 of 8 buffs while wielding it. I do plan to add some more lore and personality traits so be on the lookout for a more finished version in the future.

The actual knife model was made as a unity asset by Mykhailo Alekseiuk.
